We have a team of full-time scientists scouring published, peer-reviewed genetic research. Some of these scientists even participate in ongoing genetic research that occasionally gets published in peer-reviewed journals.
These scientists spend dozens of hours per week picking out genetic research that would be helpful to our customers. They hand their findings over to a team of full-time writers, who spend dozens of hours per week translating it into easy-to-understand reports that are intended to be both entertaining and useful.
Then we also have a team of full-time web developers who take those reports and put them in the CRI Genetics vault for our customers to enjoy!
We simply want to be able to pay this extraordinary team of talented individuals who spend so much of their time and effort trying to make a real difference in our customers' lives.
Even if they were willing to work for free, we would prefer to pay them.
They're worth every penny to us and they strive to make sure your reports are more than worth every penny to you.
How does the billing work?If you purchase the yearly option, you will be billed every 365 days.
You will get emails reminding you of your charges a few days prior to your billing date. If you ever want to change your billing date, contact our Customer Care Team by phone at 1-800-571-9216 or by email atsupport@crigenetics.com. Please try to give them at least 24 hours' notice before your billing date.
How do I cancel?With the push of a button!
You can cancel from within your CRI Genetics account by navigating to your Account Management section and hitting the button to cancel.
Alternatively, you can also contact our Customer Care Team by phone at 1-800-571-9216 or by email at support@crigenetics.com and they will handle your cancelation for you. Please try to give them at least 24 hours' notice before your billing date.
You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. We'll just be sad to see you go.
And yes, you will get to keep any reports you unlocked prior to cancellation.
